A few months ago I was given the chance to fulfill a dream. I was offered a position in an Interior Design studio as an assistant. In the few short months that I've been there, I have already learned so much and wanted to revamp my blog to share what I'm learning, and falling in love with, in the design world. So for my first entry of the new and improved blog I thought I'd post some images of people, places and things that inspire me....
| The amazing Katherine Hepburn my style icon. Made wearing pants as a woman graceful and feminine and no one pulled off evening gowns quite like her. |
| The interior of a 1936 Imperial Airways Handley. I love the look of the seats in this plane. Traveling in style! |
| Longwood Gardens in PA one of my favorite places. I love walking through the gardens in the summer with all of the vibrant colors. |
| Vintage French Linens (Crafty Vintage). I think mixing antiques and new pieces is a great way to add more visual interest to a space. These French linens add simple sophistication to any room. |
| Vintage Wingback Chair (Bohemiennes). I have a deep love for antiques in general and antique chairs specifically. This is just the perfect amount of glam. |
